We are currently looking to fill the three following positions at our Kings Road shop:

  • Luxury Product Developer
  • As Product Developer, you will be working closely with the company Director to develop both fashion and lifestyle collections. You will be provided with a platform from which you will be rewarded for unique and original ideas. You will be responsible for the development of collections from initial concepts through to production handovers, with emphasis on detail, quality, exclusivity. Experience in all relevant software programmes is essential. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Women’s RTW within elevated contemporary or luxury fashion and be ambitious to grow into a future management role.You will work closely with the Company Director to understand their visions and will have the experience and will to turn these into tangible products, demonstrating excellent product knowledge, ownership and impeccable organisational skills. You will be adept at researching raw materials, trims, working with international manufacturers and suppliers. You need to possess strong technical and construction knowledge when designing products and ensure minimal turnaround times from concept through to production. You will also be responsible and accountable for the cost engineering of each product in order to achieve and maximise margins.You will need to maintain excellent relationships with all of our suppliers with regular visits to their sites and factories.  You will need excellent liaison skills and will assist with the negotiation of prices, quantities and lead times with suppliers as well as costing and margin analysis to ensure each collection is on track. The creation of the bill of materials will also be within your remit as well as pricing targets for the collections.The successful candidate will be passionate, ambitious and solution orientated.   • Personal Assistant to Company Director
  • As Personal Assistant to the Company Director you will be working with the founder and face  of Baar & Bass. You will be the glue that holds the office together and it is essential that you will always be two steps ahead of the Company Director, providing solutions before a potential problem even arises. Working alongside such a hugely talented and ambitious Director means unprecedented access to the newest and most exciting fashion brands and unparalleled exposure to the world of retail. This position is one that will promote organic growth and a chance for the chosen candidate to develop in unison with such a rapidly expanding business.This position is extremely process driven, so we are looking for someone who has sensational organisational skills and enjoys detailed orientated work. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaison with all our suppliers and will be able to provide detailed reports on stock, deliveries, payment and invoicing deadlines. You will be expected to maintain a detailed shared calendar that illustrates what is happening throughout the business on a day by day basis, as well as numerous other company excel spreadsheets.  You will also ensure that our stock database (vend) is accurate at all times, you will work out of  our flagship store in Chelsea, London, but will also liaise daily with our other two stores in St Tropez.  You will also be responsible for creating reports for suppliers e.g. those who stock with our client on a consignment basis. You will also have sound experience with handling invoices and working with account software such as Xero, you will be supported by our inhouse accountant but must possess sound understanding of budget and project management.You will also work closely with their head of  Marketing & PR and support their team with event management and the launching of new brands, seasonal pop ups and private shopping evenings.  You will Coordinate and organise internal and external activities including company and seasonal events with guest list management as required.  You will be immaculacy presented in all that you do and will be experienced in networking with HNWIs’ on a daily basis with the utmost discretion and diplomacy. You will be the point of contact for customers that have enquires and on the odd occasion complaints, you will ensure that at all times our customer service exceeds our clients expectations.Although this will not be a dominant part of your role you will be expected when necessary to handle both businesses and personal errands for the Company Director this will include travel; organising both domestic and international trips. You will coordinate meetings both internally and externally and will be able to work around ever changing priorities with ease.

    The ideal candidate will have minimum 3-4 years’ experience as a PA or EA within the fashion industry with a sound knowledge of the fashion market and understanding of seasonal objectives. You will be resilient and calm under pressure, meticulously organised, all which must underpinned by punctuality and professionalism.

  • Sales Assistant
  • You will act as a trusted advisor of style, providing styling suggestions and will take the time to build and maintain relationships with our new and existing clients. You will have the intuition to understand the customers lifestyle’s and will possess the enthusiasm to learn a broad range of exclusively sourced brands and their products, ensuring that you are able to provide a highly sophisticated and personalised service at all times.This is the perfect role for someone with previous experience within luxury fashion and who has a real drive for learning about unique and innovative brands. You will be confident in dealing with HNWI and have excellent communication skills. You will take ownership and will be adept at resolving customer issues or complaints with the utmost sophistication such as alterations, damages and repairs. you will also be talented and have real flare for visual merchandising. You will work closely with their head of  Marketing & PR and support the team with event management and the launching of new brands, seasonal pop ups and private shopping evenings.
